Cambridge, 22 September 2021 - IQGeo (AIM: IQG), a developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for the telecoms and utility industries, today announced that its Workflow Manager software received a 2021 Diamond Technology Review Award. These prestigious annual awards sponsored by Broadband Technology Report recognize the best technology in the broadband industry.

Workflow Manager received the Honoree Score of 3.5 Diamonds out of a possible 5 and was recognized by the panel of judges: “IQGeo's Workflow Manager software leverages the company's geospatial platform to provide benefits not commonly found in such products.”

“On behalf of the Broadband Technology Report's 2021 Diamond Technology Reviews, I would like to congratulate IQGeo on their 3.5 Diamonds honoree status,” said Broadband Technology Report's Chief Editor, Stephen Hardy. “This program recognizes and rewards the top products and solutions available to the broadband cable industry. We appreciate all entries we received, though not all were honored with 3.5 Diamonds or above.”

IQGeo’s Workflow Manager software is a highly flexible application that is used by FTTx network operators for a wide range of construction and maintenance use cases. Workflow Manager is helping operators optimize and monitor critical field and back-office processes that deliver measurable business benefits including cutting construction timetables, reducing MTTR, accelerating service restoration time, and improving customer satisfaction.

“I am very pleased to say that this is the third consecutive year our software has been recognized for innovation with a Diamond Technology Award,” commented Jay Cadman, Senior Vice President at IQGeo. “The BTR awards are seen as the gold standard in the broadband industry, and I would like to thank the judges on behalf of the IQGeo team for this years’ award.”

“Our Workflow Manager product has evolved into a unique solution since it was initially conceived. Today our customers use it to help manage construction and maintenance ticketing processes with internal teams and external contractors. The flexible, mobile solution support integration with workforce management tools such as IBM’s Maximo to create an end-to-end ticketing workflow that gives both field teams and office-based management a real-time status of all outstanding projects. Our customers have documented how Workflow Manager is helping them to dramatically optimize processes and reduce MTTR, saving time and money while improving customer service.”
