IQGeo’s Workflow Manager™ software helps control telecom and utility construction and maintenance activities from end-to-end, keeping teams informed of project, trouble, and maintenance ticket status. Workflow Manager is ticketing system agnostic, providing highly flexible ticket definitions. It can run independently or pull tickets from leading vendors. Workflows can be quickly created, and tasks defined to supplement existing ticketing systems.
Adding geospatial intelligence to the ticketing process dramatically improves operational productivity. Crews can view ticket location information before going into the field and record accurate site data to maximize field efficiency.
Project teams have full visibility on ticket locations for all field technicians, enabling efficient route optimization. You can also set permissions on the data types provided to staff and contractors.
Field crews can easily update the ticket status of open jobs, providing a real-time view. Progress on tickets can also be filtered using a range of criteria to quickly identify critical issues.

It can be quickly configured to model a wide range of construction and operational workflows to ensure accurate and consistent process management.
