Recognizing operators that are leading the charge toward autonomous network operations.
Cambridge, 11 June 2026 — IQGeo, a developer of AI-powered geospatial software that is paving the way for autonomous networks, today announced the winners of its 2026 EMEA Meetup Customer Innovation Awards: Virgin Media O2, Circet and CityFibre. The award series recognizes customers that are thinking strategically about how to manage physical network operations as the telecom industry gears up for greater network autonomy.
Circet – Power-User Award
Circet is recognized for how rapidly it has scaled an AI-powered approach to field operations. By deploying visual AI across its workforce, Circet analyses nearly all operations across telecom and utilities, with every field image and observation captured feeding back into refining its AI models. This on-site image analysis pipeline has made Circet one of the largest users of IQGeo’s visual AI by volume.
CityFibre – Use Case Innovation Award
CityFibre is recognized for identifying new use cases for visual AI that go beyond day-to-day operations. Relentless focus on maintaining data accuracy has ultimately unlocked new revenue opportunities for the operator, demonstrating that network data can be used not just to operate the physical network, but also support wider business decisions.
Virgin Media O2 – Complete Lifecycle Award
Virgin Media O2 is recognized for building a network system of record that is continuously enriched with data captured from the field as work is carried out across planning, design, build and operations. Its focus on improving work execution and data governance across the full network lifecycle enables the operator to accelerate service activation and shorten restoration times.

“Taken together, these award winners provide a blueprint for how leading telecom organizations are laying the foundation for autonomous networks,” said Raf Meersman, Chief Customer Officer at IQGeo. “They are thinking strategically about how network data can move beyond being a static record to supporting the kind of automation that makes greater autonomy possible.”
This year’s awards were presented in Paris as part of IQGeo’s annual EMEA Meetup, which sees customers, partners and others from across the region come together to discuss key industry and product developments.
