IQGeo Social Purpose Discount Program

Program overview

The mission of the IQGeo team is to help telecommunication and utility organizations “Build Better Networks” to deliver digital equity to communities around the world and create a greener energy future for generations to come. We share this mission with our commercial customers and with not-for-profit and social purpose organizations that are managing fiber networks and electric grids.

 

To support these important independent network management initiatives, IQGeo has created our Social Purpose Discount Program that provides eligible organizations with up to 50% discount1 on the subscription cost of Insight or Professional editions of our Network Manager software. Organizations interested in participating must meet the program eligibility criteria and will be asked to submit an application that provides an overview of their social project. All applications will be evaluated by an IQGeo review committee and applicants may be asked to present their social purpose project directly to the committee for consideration.

 

Eligible organizations

Applicants can be not-for-profit, charitable, or commercial organizations that have been specifically created with the mission to deliver a defined social purpose to their customer community. This mission can include the following:

  • Advancing education
  • Improving social and community welfare
  • Preserving culture
  • Preserving or restoring the environment

Ineligible organizations

Ineligible organizations include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Private foundations
  • Hospitals, clinics, or facilities providing direct medical care
  • Health management systems
  • Government funded research laboratories
  • Government organizations or agencies
  • Schools, colleges, and universities
  • Political or lobbyist organizations
  • Labor or fraternal organizations
  • Commerce and trade associations
  • Individuals

Notes:

  1. Discounts levels can vary, apply only to the Network Manager software subscription costs, and cannot be applied to additional applications or professional services.  
  2. License restrictions apply to the use of the IQGeo software. Organizations cannot share, transfer, rent, or resell software subscriptions with/to other organizations or individuals even if they are part of the same group. If the group has both eligible and ineligible organizations in its legal structure, the program is only permitted for the eligible organizations. Groups with centrally managed information technology (IT) systems are only eligible for one grant account. Contact IQGeo for full information.
