Cambridge, 25 September 2024 - IQGeo (AIM: IQG), a developer of geospatial software that is “Building Better Networks” for telecom and utility operators, today announced that its Workflow Manager software received a 2024 Diamond Technology Reviews award for industry leading broadband technology.
Issued by the fiber industry publications Lightwave and Broadband Technology Review, these awards are acknowledged as one of the most prestigious in the industry. The Workflow Manager software was recognized for its workflow orchestration that connects with IQGeo’s geospatial fiber network model (Network Manager Telecom) to create integrated digital work processes that improve network data quality while reducing operational costs.
The Diamond Technology Reviews award program recognizes significant innovation in products and services for the broadband industry and is carefully adjudicated by a team of broadband industry experts. Workflow Manager stood out for its ability to efficiently create and monitor tickets critical to the successful management of complex fiber networks. The flexible workflow software helps fiber operators transform detailed network asset and connectivity intelligence into actionable, form-based tasks/tickets that can be used by both office and field teams to optimize their working processes.
“On behalf of the Lightwave+BTR’s 2024 Diamond Technology Reviews, I would like to congratulate IQGeo on their 4.0 Diamonds honoree status,” said Lighwave+BTR’s Editor in Chief, Sean Buckley. “This program recognizes and rewards the top products and solutions available to the broadband cable industry. We are pleased to recognize IQGeo for the innovative capabilities of its Workflow Manager software.”
“It’s fantastic to see our Workflow Manager software receive this important innovation award from industry peers,” explained Jay Cadman, Senior Vice President at IQGeo. “We’ve been sharing the latest version of the software at fiber industry events across North America and Europe and the response has been amazing. Operators recognize the challenge of efficiently managing their fiber networks and Workflow Manager is unique in its ability to integrate ticket and task management directly with the network model and field mobility. We’re currently deploying the software with broadband operators to support fiber network rollout and seamlessly automate workflows across operations and sales to maximize the ROI on their technology and network investment.”
IQGeo will be hosting a Workflow Manager Immersive Training session on October 9th in Denver as part of its IQGeo Americas Meetup 2024. Fiber industry professionals looking to learn more about Workflow Manager are invited to register.
