How does IQGeo’s Visual Agent Studio integrate with existing systems?

Visual Agent Studio connects to existing field capture workflows via API. It integrates natively with IQGeo Lens for field photo capture, IQGeo Workflow Manager for work order linkage and IQGeo Network Manager for asset record updates. For operators using third-party FSM or field applications, integration is available via REST API. 

Is our data secure?

Customer field data is not used to train shared models without explicit agreement. Operators with strict data residency requirements can deploy on-premise, keeping all data within their own environment. 

How does this support our longer-term automation strategy?

Visual Agent Studio is the first practical step toward autonomous network operations. By validating 100% of field activity and linking structured results directly to the system of record, it builds the foundation of trusted, AI-enriched network data that future automation depends on. We have a large existing photo archive across multiple folders. How can we analyze those, and what about new photos added each day?

Visual Agent Studio can process existing photo libraries from day one, regardless of volume. Historical photos are ingested and processed in batches through the API. For ongoing capture, photos can be submitted automatically as they are added, using folder-watch integrations or through your existing field application, so incremental photos are analyzed as they arrive. Contact IQGeo to discuss the right ingestion approach for your environment. 

What is IQGeo Lens and when does it come into play?

IQGeo Lens is the phone-native field capture client used by more than 30,000 technicians. It is the primary way field crews capture photos that visual agents then analyzes. For pre-built and configured agents, Lens provides the capture workflow and real-time result feedback. For advanced agents, Lens also enables on-device AI inference for scenarios requiring offline capability. If a prospect asks about the field app or how technicians interact with the agents, the answer is Lens. 

We already capture photos through ServiceNow or another FSM. Can Visual Agent Studio analyze those, and can results be written back?

Yes. Visual Agent Studio integrates with third-party FSM and field applications via REST API. Photos captured through ServiceNow or any other system can be routed to Visual Agent Studio for analysis without changing existing workflows. Results are returned as structured, typed data that can be written back to work order records in your FSM. 

Can we define conditional validation steps? For example, if a check fails, run a different check.

Conditional validation logic, where the outcome of one check determines the next step, is available with advanced agents. Pre-built and configured agents apply a defined set of checks to each photo without branching logic. If your use case requires conditional dependencies between checks, raise this during scoping so the right agent tier can be recommended.
