Bouygues Telecom needed to ensure that the work done by its contractors on the fiber network was compliant with its standards but was only able to check 5-10% of fiber connections. This resulted in non-compliant installations with subscribers churning.
Bouygues Telecom pioneered the use of AI in fiber operations in France and in Europe. Thanks to Deepomatic Lens software systematic verification of fiber installation photos, the operator has seen a significant increase in the conformity of fiber connection reports, and in the compliance of the work done by its contractors.
