Improve high volume asset inspection processes for pole and pillars that was previously being done on paper plots and excel files. Counties Energy needed a software solution that would track inspection status, be easy to use by their field teams, and configurable to add new inspection types. Integration with IBM Maximo and GE Smallworld was also a key requirement.
The digital pole inspection process using IQGeo Inspection & Survey has been well received by field teams. Documented inspection results and notes are quickly captured using IQGeo’s mobile capabilities and passed to the IBM Maximo application which is used as the primary repository for asset inspection results.
