Since the implementation of computer vision through Deepomatic Lens and the sharing of results with the ISPs, we have observed a very clear improvement in the completeness of the operation reports as well as the quality of the photos provided by technicians.

Michel Potier, Product Management Officer (PMO), Lumière

Requirements

Lumière needed to ensure a proper documentation of fiber work by ISPs/contractors in its street cabinets and guarantee infrastructure integrity by detecting defects and accountability. Finally, Lumière required actionable network intelligence to optimize maintenance costs.

Results

Lumière was able to reduce preventive and corrective maintenance costs via continuous fiber asset monitoring. The quality of field work carried out by ISPs and their contractors improved. Finally, the use of Computer Vision and the field intelligence it generates has enabled performance-driven ISP management.

In August 2025, IQGeo announced the acquisition of Deepomatic. Read the article in full on our news page.
