Requirements

SFR needed to ensure that the work done by its contractors on the fiber network was compliant with its standards, and that the documentation provided by field teams during fiber connection operations was reliable.

Results

Thanks to visual AI and live feedback it provides to technicians during fiber connection operations, the quality of reports has significantly improved, guaranteeing that SFR pays its contractors for effectively completed work. Higher compliance in field job has also enabled the telecom operator to reduce penalties that were imposed by wholesale carriers.
