Deepomatic Lens not only improves construction quality, it enhances the customer experience thanks to a higher rate of correctly completed work ("first-time-right") and fewer rework. Direct feedback allows installers to learn independently and continuously, contributing to cost savings.

Swisscom needed to scale up its fiber-optic deployments while ensuring high build quality. Manual checks were limited to just 10–20 % of operations, leading to a 6-month delay in the roll-out, costly re-visits, and inconsistent documentation. They required an AI-powered solution to automate quality control in real time, ensure complete photo documentation, empower technicians to self-correct on-site, and tie subcontractor payments to verified quality.
Implementing IQGeo’s Deepomatic Lens AI computer vision software, Swisscom has boosted its first-time-right rate by ensuring technicians succeed on their first visit, while automating quality control to scale efficiently and cut field audits. Complete photo documentation, self-learning tools, and proof-based contractor payments further strengthened quality and efficiency. Swisscom was able to catch up with the delay in the roll out of their fiber network, to accelerate their time to revenue.
In August 2025, IQGeo announced the acquisition of Deepomatic. Read the article in full on our news page.
