Cambridge, 22 April 2026 – IQGeo, a developer of geospatial software that is “Building better networks” for telecom and utility operators, today announced a strategic leadership transition as the company enters its next phase of growth, driven by accelerating global demand for its AI-powered network management solutions.
Executive Chairman Noel Goggin will take on a more active role, working closely with the leadership team and Board to guide the business through this next chapter. Richard Petti, Chief Executive Officer, and Haywood Chapman, Chief Financial Officer, will step down from their respective roles. Petti will remain involved with the business as a Senior Advisor.
Having led the business since 2016, Petti has overseen IQGeo’s transformation to date, delivering strong commercial momentum. Chapman joined in late 2020 and has been instrumental in developing IQGeo’s operational infrastructure. Their combined contributions drove considerable expansion of IQGeo’s customer base and product footprint, strengthening the company’s position as the leading geospatial network management software provider.
A search for a permanent CEO has been initiated. In the interim, the business will be led by an experienced leadership team with deep knowledge of the company and its customers, including Jay Cadman (Chief Revenue Officer), Raf Meersman (Chief Customer Officer), Claire Clarson (SVP Finance), Chris Cirillo (SVP Global Services Delivery), David Cottingham (Chief Technology Officer), James Wheatley (Head of Product Management), and Augustin Marty (SVP AI Solutions), working closely with Chairman Noel Goggin and the Board.
